As you know, pro-abortion President Barack Obama was re-elected and the pro-life movement will be forced to spend another four years working to stop his abortion agenda.

This election defeat occurred in part because Obama's best friends at Planned Parenthood spent millions on his re-election. Did you know the abortion giant spent $15 million from its political coffers to get Obama re-elected?

That $15 million buys a lot of television ads - 46,141 in fact - that put the Planned Parenthood pro-abortion message front and center in front of millions of Americans. The billion-dollar abortion business increased the number of ads it ran in the 2012 election 350 percent compared to the ads it ran during 2008.

Because of Obama's re-election, the abortion company will continue getting more than $350 million in taxpayer funding each and every year.

While Planned Parenthood lives off of the public dime, it pushes women into abortions and 91% of pregnant women who walk through the doors of Planned Parenthood get abortions rather than pregnancy support and assistance. More than half the financial Planned Parenthood's clinics generate comes from abortion - they don't make money from saving the lives of unborn babies and helping women.

And next year, Planned Parenthood is putting a new mandate in place requiring every one of its affiliates nationwide to perform abortions. That's right, when Planned Parenthood says it's all about family planning or women's health the only mandate it has on its local chapters and their clinics is that they do abortions.

LifeNews was one of the leading pro-life groups educating Americans about abortion and the abysmal pro-abortion record of President Obama and his close ties to the biggest abortion business in the country. Yet, we can't keep up with Planned Parenthood's $15 million dollar campaign slush fund or its $1 billion dollar bank account. The fact is the pro-life movement is getting outspent by the pro-abortion side and the result is more abortions, more abortion funding and more unborn children dying from abortions.

But that won't stop us from doing everything we can to take on Planned Parenthood next year and expose how it destroys the lives of babies before birth and wounds women in the process. We will redouble our efforts in 2013 to do everything possible to cut their funding and close their abortion clinics.
